What is TheOneTouch?

TheOneTouch is a ride-booking app that lets you book a toto (e-rickshaw), bike, cab or auto in a single tap. Drivers use the companion app, OneTouch Loco. It is designed and developed by VisionFall Private Limited.

How are fares calculated?

One rate card for every vehicle: Reserve costs ₹15 per km (minimum ₹30) and Share costs ₹10 per km (minimum ₹20). Peak multipliers apply in the morning rush (1.15×), evening rush (1.25×) and late at night (1.30×). Any boost you add is shown as its own line. You see the fare of every vehicle before you book.

Do you store my Aadhaar number?

No. Your Aadhaar is verified once by OTP, but the number itself is never stored. We keep only its last 4 digits and a one-way code that stops the same Aadhaar opening a second account. Your Aadhaar photo is shown to you once and never saved.

What is the ride PIN?

Every trip gets a 4-digit PIN made on your phone. Your driver needs it to start the trip, so you always get into the right vehicle. The PIN never leaves your phone; drivers only receive a code that checks it.

How do I become a driver?

Install OneTouch Loco, sign in with Google, confirm your mobile number with a texted code, verify your Aadhaar by OTP, then add your driving licence number and your vehicle: toto, bike, cab or auto.

How do I delete my account?

Email us with the subject “Delete my account” from the Google account you sign in with. We confirm it’s you and delete your account within 30 days. See how account deletion works.
